Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
We are happy to accept any returned item of clothing that is unworn and also still fitted with Zip Diamond Carters Security tags and clothing labels. These must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
We do not cover your shipping costs in relation to you returning items to us.
Any Items returned to us that are damaged, soiled, altered or without original labels and security tags will not be accepted.
Please follow the returns instructions on the return sheet that is provided with your parcel. This must then be mailed back to us within 14 days of receipt.

Please indicate whether you would like to exchange or refund your item using the returns sheet provided.
You can exchange your item for another size or another item of the same value of original purchase, provided it is in stock. If not in stock you will be notified and a refund will be processed.
Refunds will be credited back to the original purchasers card. Returns for exchange and refunds are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item. However Card Refunds can take up to 10 working days for your bank to process this. We have no control over this as it differs from bank to bank.
Late returns (after 14 day period) will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
